Frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for USCIS?
USCIS needs a complete English translation and a translator’s certification that they are competent to translate and that the translation is accurate. Our certificates for US applications include that statement.
Does USCIS require a notarised translation?
No. USCIS asks for a certified translation, not a notarised one. Notarisation is available if another authority asks for it.
How fast can I get it?
Choose same day, next working day or standard (2 to 3 working days). The calculator shows the price for each.
How much does a USCIS translation cost?
Standard delivery is $12 per page and same day is $15 per page plus $60. The minimum order is $60. Switch the calculator to $ or £ to see your exact price.
Do I need to post my original documents?
No. A clear photo or scan is enough, and you keep your originals.
Which languages do you translate?
All major languages into and out of English, including Farsi (Persian), Dari, Arabic, Urdu, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian and Chinese. If your language isn’t listed, ask in the chat.
